Enjoy complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy. The policy details the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging your items.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • You must have purchased the goods within the last 7 days..
  • The goods must be in the original packaging.
  • Please send additional photo proof of any damaged packaging or food to our email address below.

We can’t return the following:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  •  Goods that are not suitable to be returned due to their nature, that deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiration date.
  • Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons were unsealed after delivery.
  •  Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We may refund only regularly priced goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods on sale or those that come with free shipping. This exclusion may not apply to you where applicable law does not permit it.

Returning Good

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Once you have sent a request to our admin email, you will receive a confirmation of where to send the goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to avoid any issues with lost or damaged goods. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery. Refunds will be sent within 14 days after admin sends the confirmation.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation/Rescheduling of Delivery

You may receive a refund for regular-priced items, but we do not refund sale items. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at [email protected].
